C2RouteApp™ is a web based Route Optimization application that allows businesses to gain savings by easily routing workers in the field in the shortest and most expedient way possible. For less than $1.50 per working day per vehicle, a company can customize their routing by setting up to 60 parameters to fit their individual business needs. Since C2RouteApp is offered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, it can be easily accessed and used from any computer with access to the internet.

Customers like the fact that C2RouteApp™ gives them the ability to manage routes by applying customized rules for the way they want to run their field business. Some of the key parameter settings allow the user to insure that their customers receive service within appointed time windows. The service will also manage the capacity of a vehicle so it will not be scheduled to do a pick up when there is no room on the truck for the freight. Other popular parameter settings include the ability to schedule repetitive visits over time by letting C2RouteApp™ decide when the visits should take place or by selecting a specific day for each visit. Moreover, all of the parameters can be set for the entire field force at once, or they can be set individually for each stop or worker.
Routes are created by building the most economic route based on clients selected business rules. Routes can be balanced across all workers, or C2RouteApp™ will service all of the stops using the fewest possible workers. This gives a manager the ability to run test scenarios that will generate real data, allowing them to make good business decisions on critical issues such as “when to hire a new field worker” or “do you need a new or replacement vehicle” based on the business environment in real time. Additionally, a wide range of reports for both management and the field worker are created. In this new version, routes can be easily loaded into most GPS devices.
Besides saving time and miles spent in the field there is a great deal of savings to be gained by eliminating the time consuming task of creating routes.
